Something for Everyone

I know the thought of tackling your survivorship can be daunting. Maybe you don’t even consider yourself a survivor and have never told anyone, or maybe you’ve already read countless books and have sought help from several therapists or coaches. No matter where you are in your journey, I have an accessible path for you.

Read

In my book, Reclaiming Pleasure: A Sex-Positive Guide for Moving Past Sexual Trauma and Living a Passionate Life I’ve outlined and simplified the steps necessary to begin your healing journey.

With this sex-positive and empowering guide, you’ll find the tools you need to take your recovery to the next level, so you can reconnect with your sexuality, forge healthy relationships, and reignite passion in your life.

This book will help you:

  • Find healing in body and mind
  • Move beyond feelings of shame
  • Identify your sexual template
  • Feel safe and in control of your sexuality
  • Reclaim pleasure

I’ve also created a course to offer a more personalized experience in which I present concepts and exercises--written and body-based--for you to apply at a tempo that’s right for you. The course follows my therapy model and allows you to engage with videos rather than just words.

This course will help you:

  • More deeply and accurately understand your trauma
  • Make sense of your symptoms
  • Rebuild healthy relationships
  • Rediscover--or perhaps discover for the first time--your best sexual self

Maybe you’ve read so many books and taken so many courses that one more feels like a waste.  I understand – many of us do.  Connection is so very necessary in cultivating safety and intimacy.

Therapy is incredibly important, but it isn’t always accessible. A quality therapist can cost hundreds of dollars per session, many insurances don’t cover them, and it can take years to unpack the past. This is why I’m offering group coaching sessions with the express purpose of creating an intimate space for sharing and reflection.

Group sessions will offer:

  • Individual time in consultation with me, Dr. Holly
  • An opportunity to connect with peers
  • A shameless space for cultivating authenticity
  • Honest talk about sex and relationships after surviving sexual trauma

Work with Holly

Hi, I'm Dr. Holly Richmond

Being a survivor is almost impossible to explain to someone who hasn’t walked this path, isn’t it?

This is for the person who needs more than a book or a course - the one who knows they need something different.  Connection is so very necessary in cultivating safety and intimacy.

Therapy is incredibly important, but it isn’t always accessible. A quality therapist can cost hundreds of dollars per session, many insurances don’t cover them, and it can take years to unpack the past.

These group coaching sessions are provided with the express purpose of creating an intimate space for sharing and reflection. Sometimes the clearest, truest view we can get of ourselves is through the reflection of others. This is particularly true in the beginning stages of healing.

I keep my groups small, safe and private.

I want to give you the best possible care.  In order to do that, I've decided to keep my groups small and exclusive.  Because they're so exclusive, we have a waiting list established...and those on the wait list will get first access to apply for a spot, as well as any available discounts.  Please, join us - I cannot wait to meet you.

Drop your email below for a deep dive into Holly's research surrounding the embodied experience of sexual health recovery.

Survivors of sexual assault experience physiologically and psychologically distressing symptoms. Sexual health, in particular, can be impaired as a result of sexual assault. Although substantive research exists concerning treatment modalities and outcomes of survivors’ aggregate recovery, little is available in regard to sexual assault survivors’ experiences of healing, particularly the embodied process of regaining sexual health.

Trigger Warning: The material you will receive details definitions and research regarding sexual assault. Please read responsibly.
